Young Estate Surveyors and Valuers (YESV) Forum

NIESV YESV Forum is a long-term professional mentorship initiative of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). This initiative was birthed to close the intellectual gap between the experienced and the new/upward mobile professionals through direct, hands-on as well as practical engagements.
Also, the forum is to ensure that young professional members develop the highest and best international standards as they grow in the specialised fields of real estate practice as carried out by Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ESV)

AIMS

To sustain our noble profession whilst adapting to changes with times and technology.

ELIGIBILITY

1.) Must be financially up to date at National and Branch levels.
2.) Be recognized and duly cleared by Branch Chairman
3.) Associate below 10 years.
4.) Complete YESVs admission form.

MISSION

To provide professional and educational events by engaging existing young members to form and nurture valuable connections early in their careers, whilst increasing the recognition of our institution among other professional bodies.

VISION

Developing sustainable capacity and empowerment of young members of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers for opportunities both in the present and future.

OBJECTIVES

- Sensitizing members periodically.
- Encouraging YESVs to attend branch meetings.
- Developing strong leadership skills amongst the YESVs for a smooth generational succession.
- Support the growth and advancement of members through grants, scholarships as sponsored by NIESV Foundation.
